Dawn Burnett is a passionate educator, academic therapist, and the heart behind Bridge to Hope. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Central Arkansas in 1996 and earned her K-12 Dyslexia Endorsement in 2016 through UCA’s Masters in Reading program.
With three decades of experience in education, Dawn has taught a wide range of ages from birth through adulthood. She has served as a Developmental Therapist, Classroom Teacher, and Interventionist working closely with learners to support their cognitive, emotional, and academic growth.
Dawn’s expertise is matched by her compassion. She is deeply committed to helping children with specific learning disorders/differences such as dyslexia and dysgraphia. She helps them reach their full potential through individualized, evidence-based instruction. Her goal is not only to improve reading skills, but to restore confidence, spark joy in learning, and give families hope.
